Who we are
The studio Jauschneg landscape planning consists of a young team with expertise in landscape and open space planning, spatial planning, participation, mediation, gender as well as geography and geoinformation. Besides the combination of these different topics and tasks, a strong network is among the core competences of the studio. This also includes the exchange and cooperation with partners from other disciplines as well as a close dialogue with our clients.
profileWhat we do
As a studio for landscape and open space planning, we work at the interface between planning, analysis, research, participation and mediation. The work fields interlock and build on each other. They are all part of the process in which we shape and rethink continuously our common environment. In this process, we see ourselves equally as planners, consultants, researchers and mediators - roles that are foregrounded depending on the project and requirements.
Our projectsWhat we want
Open spaces fulfill important social functions, are places of daily life, encounter and communication, but are also places where different interests and demands meet. Our concern is to jointly develop, redevelop and implement appropriate solutions for these places. In doing so, we want to create a space in which interdisciplinary networks are formed and in which new ideas can grow from existing knowledge. The foundations for this are the expertise of the team and our partners, as well as curiosity and flexibility, our passion for learning and the courage to try new things and pursue unconventional paths.

continueOur values
Behind every planning decision is always the question of its impact on the people living and working in the respective space - today and in the future. In our work, therefore, we believe to have a social responsibility which, in addition to aesthetic and functional questions, also requires consideration of the social, ecological and economic dimensions of projects. Sustainability, equal opportunities and the right to speak are topics that constantly accompany us in our activities. We work in a process- and result-oriented manner and place value on practice-relevant, feasible solutions. In our working culture, we value openness, transparency and reliability.
